Eliška Kukalová was born into a musical family as the daughter of conductor and composer Ondřej Kukal. At the age of five, she began playing the violin under the guidance of Hana Metelková and then graduated from the Prague Conservatory in the class of Jiří Fišer. She then continued her studies in Vienna at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst under Jan Pospíchal and currently under the direction of Ioana Cristina Goicey.
Eliška regularly participates in violin competitions with top placings. In 2015, she was the winner of the Václav Hudeček Academy, which earned her a master violin and led to a concert tour. As a soloist, she has performed with the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic Orchestra, the Pilsen Philharmonic, the North Bohemian Philharmonic Teplice, the PKF - Prague Philharmonia and the Prague Symphony Orchestra.
